Cinco De Mayo Prawn Enchiladas!
In celebration of Cinco De Mayo, we’ve topped our delicious prawn enchiladas with green onions, sour cream and fresh tomatoes to pay homage to the Mexican flag. Wrapped in a fresh corn tortilla and smothered in melted cheese and our famous enchilada sauce, it’s served with a plate of rice and refried beans.
