Tres Chile
This one is for the chili lovers out there! We’re serving up Chile Verde, Chile Relleno, and Chile Colorado all on a single plate. Enjoy tender pork simmered in green chili sauce, an omelette-style egg rolled up with green peppers and cheese, topped with Spanish sauce, and chunks of beef simmered in savory red chili sauce. So much to savor, all served alongside rice and beans, pico de gallo, and choice of corn or flour tortillas.
